CHAPTER ONE:   INTRODUCTION

1.1 Birth and First steps

The idea of Tesla Science Foundation Uganda (TSFU) was inspired by the frequent interactions with international promoters of NIKOLA TESLA’S works from the United States of America (USA) and The Republic of Serbia.  The thought of establishing a branch in Uganda and Africa was conceived in the year November, 2022 by two young Ugandans who were later joined by three talented and experienced personalities. The fine tuning of purpose and intent required several meetings, experience gathering, consultations and documentation which yielded and led to   the legal establishment of TSFU in Uganda with an underlying objective of establishing branches in the rest of Africa.

1.2 Legal Establishment

TSFU was legally registered as a Company limited by Guarantee (without share capital) under the Companies Act No.1 of 2012, on the 12th April 2023. TSFU Registration Number is 800341796309.
